We are excited to introduce our latest R&D creation — the Christmas Tree Pop-up Book.

This innovative design starts as a flat set of pages. By simply opening, folding, and interlocking the sheets, it transforms into a full 3D Christmas tree. Small paper props such as stars, gifts, or ornaments can then be added to complete the festive scene. When the season is over, everything can be easily disassembled and folded back into book form for compact storage and reuse.

The structure is ideal for board books and pop-up designs. It combines the joy of reading with hands-on crafting, giving children (and adults) an interactive way to experience the holiday spirit. The design is fully paper-based, making it sustainable, lightweight, and cost-effective to produce.

This project highlights our R&D team’s focus on creating new formats that blend functionality, play, and storytelling. By turning a traditional book into a buildable 3D object, we offer clients a product that stands out on the shelf and encourages repeated engagement — perfect for seasonal publishing, educational kits, or premium gift collections.

Of course, it does not have to be a Christmas tree. The same structure can be adapted into many other creative scenes, for example, decorating different rooms of a house with paper dolls and furniture, or showcasing animals and plants from the four seasons. The possibilities are limited only by imagination.
