石國文先生，為本集團之首席財務官兼公司秘書，主管整體財務運作事宜，涉及併購、投資者關係、會計、策劃及報告、庫務以及一切有關...生產營運上之財務管理。彼亦負責就董事會一切相關事務向本集團董事會提供支援，並作為本集團之授權代表，遵照香港聯交所上市規則及《公司條例》之規定處理上市及監管事宜。於二零一三年二月加入本集團之前，石先生在全球著名跨國企業擔任過不同要職，擁有超過二十五年行政管理經驗，包括 IBM、Bausch & Lomb、Philip Morris/Kraft Foods、Thomson Reuters、Wrigley、Mead Johnson、Hershey’s 及 Associated British Foods。除香港以外，彼曾獲派駐多個城市，包括東京、廣州、北京及上海。石先生為英格蘭及威爾士特許會計師協會(ICAEW)以及香港會計師公會（HKICPA）資深會員。彼持有香港大學社會科學學士學位、英國曼徹斯特商學院之工商管理碩士學位，以及蘇格蘭愛丁堡龍比亞大學之市場學理科碩士學位。
林必旺先生，為本集團之書籍及包裝印刷業務部門營運總監，負責日常營運及執行書籍及包裝印刷之策略。林先生亦負責及監督... 本集團紙張貿易及瓦楞紙箱業務，並制定整體策略使上述業務的營運保持一致，以支援書籍及包裝印刷業務之需要並擴展第三方業務。彼持有格拉斯哥斯特拉思克萊德大學國際市場推廣碩士學位。林先生為英國特許市場學會資深會員並於印刷及包裝業務積逾三十年經驗, 並曾於新加坡╱馬來西亞﹑中國及越南管理業務。彼自二零一一年七月起任職本集團。
Mr Yum Carson, Christopher, has been the Executive Director of Hung Hing Printing Group Limited since May 2023. He is the Chief Commercial Director of the Group and also... the director of Hung Hing Off-set Printing Co Ltd. With more than 20 years of experience in the printing business, Christopher has been leading the sales and marketing operations of the Group’s Book and Package Printing business since 2007. Christopher understands the shifts in market demand, and with a vision to take the traditional printing business to the new heights, he has created multiple brands to provide better educational products for children and educators of Hong Kong, including Yum Me Play and STEM PLUS. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Coventry University, UK.

Mr. Hirofumi Hori, is a member of the Board of Rengo Co., Ltd. (“Rengo”), substantial shareholder of the Company and is the Executive Vice President with responsibility of overseeing the... Overseas Business Unit of Rengo. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Wakayama University, Japan. Mr. Hori joined Rengo in 1981 and since then has held various positions in Rengo. He became a non-executive director of the Company in 2014.
Mr. Hitoshi Shibasaki, is the Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Sales Promotions and Displays Sales and Marketing Group of Rengo.... He holds a Bachelor of Sociology. from the Meiji Gakuin University in Japan. Mr. Shibasaki has served in various positions in Rengo since 1985. He became a non-executive director of the Company in 2023.
Ms. Aki Tsuge, is the Chief Administrative Officer of Tri-Wall Limited, a subsidiary of Rengo. She holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from International Christian University in... Japan. Ms. Tsuge has been with Rengo since 1996 in various positions. She became a non-executive director of the Company in 2021.
Mr. Lee Danny Lap, is an experienced investor with more than 25 years of global private equity experience spanning venture, growth and buyouts. He is currently managing VCA Capital Fund I, helping individuals and... family offices manage their private equity portfolio globally through both fund and direct investments. Danny is also a senior advisor to Blue Pool Capital, where he was a partner running global private equity since 2015. Before that, he was a managing director at Bain Capital and Vice President at Investor AB, the largest industrial holding company in the Nordic region. He started his career with Lehman Brothers in New York. Danny has a BA in Economics from Columbia University and is a CFA charterholder.
Mr. Lee is an Aspen Finance Fellow and an Edmund Hillary Fellow. He sits on the investment committee for New Zealand Elevate Venture Fund, on the board of the HK Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, and is the chairman of Seed Foundation, a youth education NGO sponsored by Alibaba Entrepreneur Fund. He is also the founding patron for the M+ Museum and the HK Palace Museum. He became an independent non-director of the Company in 2025.
Mr. Luk Koon Hoo, is a retired banker and has 30 years of comprehensive experience in accounting and financial management. He joined Hang Seng Bank in 1975 and became the bank’s Chief... Financial Officer in 1989. He was appointed Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive in 1994 and was subsequently re-designated as Managing Director until his retirement in 2005. Mr. Luk is currently an independent non-executive director of two publicly-listed companies in Hong Kong, namely, i-Cable Communications Limited and Harbour Centre Development Limited. Mr. Luk also serves as a member of Urban Renewal Authority. Mr. Luk graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree in Statistics from The University of Hong Kong and also holds a Master of Business Administration Degree granted by The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers. Mr. Luk is a Non-official Justice of the Peace and was awarded the honour of Bronze Bauhinia Star in 2004 in recognition of his contributions to public services. He became an independent non-director of the Company in 2008.
Mr. Tan Chuen Yan, Paul, has over 40 years of experience in the legal industry, having practised as a solicitor in both Hong Kong and Sydney, New South Wales...,Australia. Mr. Tan joined Baker McKenzie in 1982 and was Managing Partner of its Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Vietnam and Korea offices from 1997 to 1999, and from 2013 to 2015. He had also served as Chairman of the Firm Global Nominating Committee and Head of Hong Kong Commercial and Securities Practice. Mr. Tan retired as a partner of Baker McKenzie in December 2019. Mr. Tan has since become Company Secretary of the Hong Chi Association, a government subvented charity dedicated to the welfare and training of mentally challenged children in Hong Kong. Mr. Tan serves as an independent non-executive director of KLN Logistics Group Limited since October 2021, an independent non-executive director of HSBC Provident Fund Trustee (Hong Kong) Limited, which is regulated by the Mandatory Fund Schemes Authority since August 2023. He was an independent non-executive director of Hua Lien International (Holdings) Company Limited between September 2024 and June 2025. He became an independent non-executive director of the Company in 2023.
Mr. Tan was Vice President of the Law Society of Hong Kong from 2000 to 2003, having been a Council member since 1995. He was the Convenor of Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, President of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and Chairman of its Appeal Tribunal. Mr. Tan has also served on a number of public appointments in Hong Kong, including as Chairman of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Appeal Board, Occupational Retirement Schemes Appeal Board and the Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings). He also served as the Independent Trustee of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Staff Superannuation Scheme, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Ancillary Staff Superannuation Scheme, and was a member of Air Transport Licencing Authority. Mr. Tan received from the University of Sydney in Australia a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1980, a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in law in 1982 and 1985, respectively. He is a solicitor in Hong Kong.
